BIOGRAPHICAL:Ms. Tweedy's background is in civil litigation where she has acquired the knowledge and experience necessary to empathize with the disputing parties and to understand the nature, nuances and value of their cases. Ms. Tweedy became a certified mediator in 2005. She was formally with Schuering Zimmerman Scully Tweedy & Doyle and before that was owned her own law firm. Her 30 year legal year career was devoted to civil litigation.
Ms. Tweedy mediates and arbitrates many cases in a broad range of state and federal court matters and is frequently retained by leading plaintiff and defense attorneys.
